Ultraframe Roofing System

The best and most certainly the biggest roofing company in the U.K. are the people that we choose to manufacture the materials to build our conservatory roofs with.

BSEN ISO 9002

In June 1994 Ultraframe was the first company to achieve ISO 9001 & 9002 for the supply of conservatory roofing systems. In 1997 Stafford uPVC gained ISO 9002 for both windows, doors and conservatories, this combined with both companies having BBA standard, makes Ultraframe and Stafford uPVC windows the perfect combination for quality, reliability and award winning design.

BBA registered fabricators

Stafford uPVC Windows have already achieved the status of being BBA registered fabricators of conservatory roofs. Because of this proof of quality workmanship, and the combination of Ultraframe also being BBA registered makes a conservatory roof from us that will be guaranteed for 25 years.

Compact MKIV Ridge System

The MKIV Compact Ridge System incorporates a slimline 150mm undercladding with bevelled edges, and hit and miss ventilation. This one piece structural aluminium extrusion is thermally clad, with PVCu cappings fixed internally with a self tightening T-bolt. The patented ventilated ridge system has self sealing rain baffle for securing glazing material and a sole diecast end to allow attachment of the patented speedlock and glazing bar. A selection of finials and crestings are available.

Ventilation

Incorporated into every roofing system is the high security patented ‘trickle ventilation’ system allowing a constant flow of air. A steady flow of air is essential in any conservatory to minimise condensation and reduce heat gain in those summer months. In addition, a selection of fans and roof vents are available, manually or electronically operated. [Ventilation is an additional option at the eaves].
